Gurpreet (Garry) Bains is the Founder and Managing Partner of Bains Property Group, where he has built a dynamic and client-focused commercial property management company serving the DC Metro Area. With a background in economics from the University of Maryland and over a decade of real estate experience, Garry has grown the company’s portfolio from 250,000 to over 1.5 million square feet, showcasing his strategic vision and operational excellence. He specializes in property redevelopment, lease value creation, and tenant retention, leveraging his expertise in financial analysis, team leadership, and technology integration. Garry’s commitment to delivering tailored solutions and fostering strong relationships has earned him a reputation as a problem solver who treats every property as his own.
